Can I set up a stall outside/within the library, to promote a student society/fundraise for charity/another reason?

This is possible for King’s students and staff, please contact kingsvenues@kcl.ac.uk as soon as possible with the details.  King’s Venues will arrange the necessary tables and chairs. Once this has been agreed, please contact Library Space Manager ursula.sorrell@kcl.ac.uk, so library staff can expect you.

Please be aware you cannot distribute food or drinks inside any of the libraries.
