Filming, recording or photo shoots inside the libraries

During the following periods, no photography or filming may take place inside King’s libraries:

  • Exam periods
  • Start of Session/Academic year- 3 weeks including Welcome Week

Outside the above periods filming should be restricted to:

  • early morning – before 08.30
  • late evening – after 19.30
  • weekends – usually Sunday

Requests for filming outside these hours will be judged on a case by case basis.
