Filming, recording or photo shoots inside the libraries
During the following periods, no photography or filming may take place inside King’s libraries:
- Exam periods
- Start of Session/Academic year- 3 weeks including Welcome Week
Outside the above periods filming should be restricted to:
- early morning – before 08.30
- late evening – after 19.30
- weekends – usually Sunday
Requests for filming outside these hours will be judged on a case by case basis.

The request must be made at least 3 workings days before the intended visit.
