Filming or photography is not permitted in the libraries during the revision / exam periods (6 – 10 Jan 2025 and 31 March – 30 May 2025).

Internal to King's requests

(This includes requests from King's staff or students who are using external contractors for filming/photography etc.)

We aim to process requests in 5 working days. If your desired booking period occurs within that time, it may not be possible to process your request.

If you are a King's staff member/student and would like to use a space in one of the King's libraries for an event / photography / filming, please fill in the filming/photography request form*

*If you are wanting to book the Weston room only at the Maughan Library, please fill in the King's Venues enquiry form

Stall request

If you are a King's student and would like to fundraise / put up a stall inside / outside any King's library, please email King's Venues.

External to King's requests

For requests from outside King’s for the booking of any library space, please contact King's Venues via this external contact form.
