Why do I get a SAML error when accessing reading lists?
Some users with multiple Microsoft accounts will receive a SAML error when they are accessing Leganto reading lists. If you receive this message, please try logging out of any other Microsoft accounts and clear your cache. Alternatively, you can try to login via a Google incognito window and authenticating to the KCL network as normal.
