All loan items must be returned to KCL Libraries before your library account expires. Books will no longer automatically renew once your account expires, and fines will be applied to overdue books.

If you cannot return a book in person you can send items back to the library by post. Please see our How do I return books FAQ for further information on our postal returns policy. If the books are posted before the due date, you will not be fined

Books can also be returned by a third party, both KCL and non-KCL members can return them on your behalf via the book boxes located outside each library.
