What happens if I have lost a library book?
Answer
In the interests of ensuring that we retain popular titles in our collection, we do prefer that you replace any lost book with an identical copy.
Replacement copies can be second-hand; however, they must be in good condition, and must not be old library stock from other institutions. If you would like to take up this option, please do contact us ahead of sending any replacement books, so that we can confirm the correct edition and make any other necessary arrangements with you.
