Why can't I borrow a book?

You will need your King's ID card to borrow any item. If you are having some further difficulties in issuing a book to yourself, please sign in to your library account and check the following:

Have you reached your borrowing limit?
Has your account been blocked?
Has your IT/ library account expired (Have a look at the date on your King's ID card).

How to use the book borrowing kiosks.

To borrow, press Borrow on the screen, tap your card on the machine, and place your books on the platform. You will receive an email confirmation for each book you borrow.
