Q. Why can't I borrow a book?

Answer

You will need your KCL ID card to borrow any item. If you are having some further difficulties in issuing a book to yourself, please sign in to your library account or check the following:

  • Have you reached your borrowing limit?
  • Has your account been blocked?
  • Has your IT/ library account expired (Have a look at the date on your KCL ID card).
