Are there exam spaces in the libraries?

Answer

You may choose to sit an online assessment in Library space, however please remember libraries are not designated exam spaces and are primarily to be considered an area for study. The Library is a public space where users may discuss together in particular designated zones, and staff may need to communicate with you whilst carrying out their monitoring duties. Group Study Rooms in particular are set aside as areas for collaborative work and should not be occupied by single users.

For other study spaces on campus outside the libraries, please see the Student Services Online article Where can I study on campus?

Please note: that due to the specific software build on library laptops, and a need to retain these as a sustainable, short-term resource for all students, we cannot grant extended laptop loans (over 72 hours) for sitting examinations.
